How Articulup collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
This Privacy Policy applies to www.articulup.com (the "Site"), operated by Reuben Watney, a French sole trader (Entrepreneur Individuel), SIRET 839 813 862 00050. Reuben Watney is the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: contact@articulup.com. As a small business, Articulup is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 GDPR.

We only collect what's needed to respond to you or provide the service requested. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 15.

We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") to run the Site. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Formspree, Mailchimp, Netlify and Meta are based in the United States. Where your personal data is transferred there, this is done under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which are the recognised legal mechanisms for transferring personal data outside the EU/EEA in compliance with GDPR.

This Site uses a browser localStorage entry that remembers your cookie banner choice, so we don't ask again on every visit — this is essential and always active. We also use one advertising cookie, Meta Pixel, which measures the performance of our advertising. This cookie is not essential and only loads if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner — it is never loaded if you click "Reject" or leave the banner unanswered. We do not use any analytics or tracking cookies beyond this.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including relying on providers (Formspree, Mailchimp, Netlify) who maintain their own industry-standard security practices, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access controls.
