How Articulup collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
This Privacy Policy applies to www.articulup.com (the "Site"), operated by Reuben Watney, a French sole trader (Entrepreneur Individuel), SIRET 839 813 862 00050. Reuben Watney is the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: contact@articulup.com. As a small business, Articulup is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 GDPR.

We only collect what's needed to respond to you or provide the service requested. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 15.

We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") to run the Site. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Formspree, Mailchimp and Netlify are based in the United States. Where your personal data is transferred there, this is done under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which are the recognised legal mechanisms for transferring personal data outside the EU/EEA in compliance with GDPR.

This Site uses only one non-essential-adjacent mechanism: a browser localStorage entry that remembers your cookie banner choice, so we don't ask again on every visit. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including relying on providers (Formspree, Mailchimp, Netlify) who maintain their own industry-standard security practices, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access controls.
